User Management and Permissions
Hoof provides three user roles, each with different permissions.
Staff User
A staff user can create items, quotes, invoices as well as take payments within the application.
Manager
A Manager, in addition to staff permissions, can also create and manage staff profiles.
Admin User
An Admin has access to all functionality including the ability to run reports.
Site management
Does your business operate out of different locations? Sites allows you split reporting across multiple locations. Assign staff to a site to ensure all their transactions are recorded under the correct location and that managers can monitor and report on site activity.
